Monty's Place is a community lunch we hold every Wednesday between 12.00-1.30pm, in the Uniting Church Hall which is beside the Water Tower in Narooma. We provide a delicious main meal with fabulous desserts . Everyone is welcome and it's free. Donations are welcome.
Our community lunch is held every Wednesday between 12.00-1.30pm at the Uniting Church Hall in Narooma. It's free and everyone is welcome. We have a whiteboard menu with several different options for main course each week and lots of delicious desserts. Our meals are prepared by experienced volunteer cooks with the support of our wonderful kitchen hands, and are cooked fresh each week. Our kitchen volunteers all have the appropriate food handling training. We have tables that seat 6 in the dining room and bigger tables on the deck, which allows our guests to enjoy each others company and make new friends at a friendly social occision.
We are all volunteers at Monty's Place. Monty's runs on the generosity and commitment to community displayed by our wonderful volunteers. We are always on the lookout for new volunteers to come and joint our team.
Monty's Place could not have continued to support our community for nearly 13 years, without the financial and in-kind support from some wonderful individual sponsors, community groups and contributions from our guests.
