About Us

Monty's Place is a free community lunch held every Wednesday between 12.00-1.30pm, in the Uniting Church Hall which is beside the Water Tower at the top of the hill in Narooma. We provide delicious food and good company. 

Our lunch is a sit-down meal, with a whiteboard menu of different options for main course and lots of fabulous desserts, prepared and served by our friendly volunteers. Our lunch is open to everyone in the community and to visitors and it's free.  Donations are always welcome. 

Monty's Place is run by volunteers who are committed to serving our guests and our community. Our lunch has been open every Wednesday since 23 October 2013. We are supported by some wonderful individuals, local community groups and local businesses. Many of our guests also make generous donations each week. This support has allowed us to continue to provide the community with a nutritious meal and an enjoyable social occasion every week.
